Funtastic Gymnastics is a mobile unit
designed to help the health of your child
as well as the convenience to the parent.
All the equipment of a gymnastic gym
condensed into your child's classroom.
Classes are held by board certified teachers.

Group or Private Lessons Available
We try to keep our classes to maximum of 12 children
per class, to guarantee a more personalized individual
method of instruction.
THE CONCEPT BEHIND FUNTASTIC
is to integrate learning with a flair of fun and enthusiasm.
Children have an abuncance of energy, which if channeled correctly
can lead to a more productive and positive outlook in their lives
Exercise and developmental skills
Classes begin with light stretching and flexibility exercises
We then progress to strengthening exercises, which include:
*The Frog for the legs
*The Crab for upper body, shoulders and arms;
and a variety of fun, imaginative developmental skills.
Funtastic Gymnastics now combines dance-rhythm
exercises and dance expression to its already popular
series of warm-ups, stretching, and tumbling skills
Each week we host a different event or skill to increase
the children's interest and progress. Bean bag and Stick Music
help develop eye & hand coordination. Mr. Cheese (the incline mat),
assists the children in tumbling exercises,such as backwards roll,
dive rolls, walkovers and other intermediate skills.

To complete the program we offer the Horizontal Training Bar for
strength, and the small Balance Beam for agility & coordination.
Mr. Moon (the round mat) assists in back and front walk-overs.
A Vaulting Block and Spring Board as well is included
in our exercise equipment.
Children are introduced to vaulting, balance beam,
mini trampoline, round mats, incline mats and bars.
Everything is modified from beginner to intermediate gymnastics.

PARENT'S RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE:
*Dressing your children in non-restrictive clothing
*Making payment timely on a weekly or monthly basis
*Providing name of child and your telephone number
on your checks made payable to Funtastic Gymnastics
BETH BUDNICK brief bio
Beth Budnick is the owner of FUNTASTIC Gymnastics.
She has been teaching gymnastics for over 35 years.
She attended Queens College and University of Miami
and holds a BS degree in Physical Education.
In High School and College she was a gymnastic competitor,
as well as a gymnastic judge for High School events all over Miami.
Beth has taught in various locations in NY, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale.
